  1. That Shrek dog is hysterical! I needed that laugh … thanks, Linda! (Although he doesn’t look too thrilled.) Love those pups, too!

    They should just use real food in food banks more than processed foods–gf or not–and then there wouldn’t be a big issue. This topic riles me up every time. I hate that people who are gluten free think they can’t survive without those foods. And the folks who sell gf products often perpetuate that thinking.

    Had to check out the cleaning tricks as I’m getting ready for a spur-of-the-moment family crab feast for Mom’s birthday. Do some of those on a regular basis and have done some in the past. Natural drain cleaner is wonderful. And re: the toothpaste, I use toothpaste and a toothbrush to clean icky stovetop spots; works like a charm. You can also use toothpaste to clean a stained shower floor.
