Saint Patrick’s Day Breakfast

Today I’m sharing a Shamrock Spinach Bake breakfast recipe over at Lifetime Moms.  There are usually plenty of St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner, dessert, and bread recipes around, but why not breakfast?

If you are looking for a St. Patty’s day dinner that doesn’t include corned beef and cabbage (my family does not like cabbage) you could try my beef stew and consider adding a bottle of gluten-free beer.  It won’t be Irish beer, but it’s the spirit of it that counts.

  1. I love the idea of adding spinach to the eggs. Initially, when I saw the pic, I winced because I thought it was the typical food colouring… My kids love spinach so this just might work for lunch tomorrow! Thank you for sharing!

  2. Love it!!! Thanks!
