Although gluten-free recipes are not necessarily paleo, paleo recipes are gluten free. That’s because the paleo diet does not include grains. Since going grain free a few years ago, I have incorporated more paleo recipes into my cooking and you have seen more of them here on my blog.
But even if you don’t consider yourself to be paleo (I don’t because there are a few non-paleo foods that I do eat such as legumes and white potatoes), you can still enjoy paleo recipes.
