When I shared my review of the Instant Pot with you, I mentioned that I love cooking eggs in it. But getting perfectly cooked eggs has taken a little experimentation. When I looked at recipes online, I found cook times of 5 minutes to 9 minutes. In my experience, 5 minutes is not enough and 9 minutes is way too much.
But the amount of time that the eggs cook under pressure is not the only factor. It’s also important to control the release of pressure.
This recipe results in eggs with a thoroughly cooked yolk that does not have a dark ring around it. They’re perfect for deviled eggs, egg salad, or any other way you like to eat them.
And don’t forget my favorite thing about cooking eggs in the Instant Pot – they peel perfectly!…
