It’s the end of July and we are having unseasonably great weather. It’s not in the hot and humid weather of the mid Atlantic region, and I’m enjoying it. I should be turning my oven on and doing a little baking. Maybe I’ll find some inspiration at this week’s carnival!

    Hi Linda,
    Those shrimp look so tempting, I think I’d like a dish of those, please! I’ve shared a bowl of Collard Greens with Garlic and Lemon that are GF, DF, SF and top 8 allergen-free. I think next I’d like to try some of your roasted Brussels sprouts with capers — they sound delicious.

    Hi LInda,
    There are always some recipes that I can’t wait to try. I love recipe with zucchini noodles. They can be made in a minute and taste close enough to noodles without the calories. Thanks for hosting another great gluten free party.
