Hi everyone! Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays, a carnival of gluten-free eating ideas. I hoe you’ll share a link or two and browse the other links.
If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.
Gluten-Free Food Gifts: Late this fall I’ll be doing a series on Gluten-Free Food Gifts. Learn how you can participate.
Monthly Theme: September’s theme is pasta and October’s theme will be sweet potatoes. The theme is always a suggestion and not a requirement, but I look for theme related links to highlight each week.

Linda – Thank you so much for Highlighting my GF Crock Pot Lasagna. It has become one our family’s favorites!
Hey Linda, I don’t have a recipe up yet this week, so I’ve linked up another older gfe recipe that both my support group and family love–Easy Pumpkin Squares. These squares are gluten free and dairy free, and very hard to resist with their pumpkin goodness! I vary the recipe some these days, adding in a bit of almond flour, using a tad less oil, using coconut sugar, and such, but these are a winner as written or with slight variations.
Thanks for hosting! I want to eat at least half of the recipes shared here today … right now!

Looking forward to next week.
I’m so excited to find this party! I’m new to gluten-free cooking, so I will be searching here for ideas. I’m trying to start a GF community on my website. I have started a weekly Gluten-Free Share Page on OneCreativeMommy.com. It’s brand new, but I hope it will become a great resource as it grows. I would love it if you visited and shared some of your great ideas each week. I hope to see you there.
I’ll be back next week to link up!
