  1. Hi Linda,
I’m so glad you shared those Fish Sticks again because they are delicious. My family likes them, too!

For GF Wednesday I’ve linked Mediterranean Beef Rump Roast in the Slow Cooker. It’s GF, Top8Free, LowCarb and Paleo.

I hope you have a wonderful week!

  2. Hi Linda! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing a healthy Chia Nut Cereal :)
I hope you are having a great week!

  3. Thanks for hosting! Many people think grass fed beef is too expensive, but there are creative ways to get around that. Today I share one of those ways, and a recipe that can be easily modified for many different quick, easy meals.

Have a happy, gut healthy day!

  4. I want those fish sticks! They were also one of my favorites! Today I’ve linked up my new Banana Ice Cream recipe (which has a few options for those who eat “more free”), but I might be back with one more post before the day is out. 😉 Thanks, Linda!

  5. Hi Linda! Thanks for highlighting my cilantro lime chicken :) This week I shared my recipe for carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting – all gluten, grain, soy, dairy, and refined sugar free!

Hope you are well -and those fish sticks look AWESOME!!!

    Thanks again,

  6. Hi Linda! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing a recipe for gluten-free/nut-free/dairy-free bread rolls made with coconut milk, sesame seeds and other whole, nutritious and allergen friendly ingredients! The great part is they look, feel and taste just like bread! Have a great week!

  7. Very excited to see my corn and Fennel chilled soup as one of this week’s highlights.. Thanks so much. This week I posted a strategy for putting together 5 gluten free meals in jars. One for each lunch. Healthy, Gluten free and delicious.

  8. Hi!

Thank you for hosting :) I’ve linked my Maple Apple Crisp. Gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar free. I reduced the sweetener from the old family version and added some nuts. Still yummy as ever!

  9. Thanks for hosting again! A lot of people are intimidated by the idea of eating organ meat, so I created a recipe for beginners. It includes chicken livers (mild in flavor, high in nutrition) with a delicious cauliflower rice.

  10. Linda, I came back to share info on a gluten-free B&B in France with amazing food! :-)

  11. Hi Linda, This week I shared a make-ahead green bean-almond salad that has a wonderful vinaigrette containing fig balsamic vinegar. Thanks for hosting!
