Last Week’s Highlights

I’m taking a bit of a blogging/work break, which works out well since I injured a finger last week and have some difficulty typing.  So I’m not going to have any highlights this week, but be sure to check out all the great submissions from last week.

  1. Hi Linda! The Carrot Cake Fruit Cream looks great! This week I’m sharing an egg free breakfast- Sweet Potato Bacon Hash.
I hope you have a wonderful week!

  2. Hi Linda–This week I’m linking up Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potatoes. I’ve been avoiding white/russet potatoes, but this recipe more than makes up for that. Plus, I’ve used the leftovers as the start of all types of goodness, including pasta sauce and smoothies. :-)

Happy Wednesday! Thanks for hosting week in and week out!

  3. Oh, and sending quick healing to your finger and hope you’re thoroughly enjoying your blogging break! :-)

  4. Hi Linda! Hope you’re enjoying your break. I’ve enjoyed the guests posts in your absence and look forward to seeing you soon! :)

I’m sharing a recipe for Green Vegan Mayo which incorporates avocado and miso as well as a review of GF Sandwich Petals that I found a few weeks ago.

    Have a great day!

  5. Thanks so much for hosting! I’m sorry you hurt your finger – I know that it makes it almost impossible to type…been there, typed that.

  6. Hi Linda! Thanks so much for hosting. I’ve linked up three posts this week, fish taco salad, baked apples and tips for dining out gluten safe. Hope your finger feels better! I know how hard it is to do almost everything when even just one finger is hurt.

  7. Hi Linda, as always, thanks for hosting! I linked up my Crazy Easy Zucchini Basil Soup. (Because it’s summer, and I want lots of flavor with a minimum of kitchen time–even food bloggers need a break!)

Anyhow, hope your finger’s feeling better soon–we depend on our hands for so much, and don’t realize it until something goes awry! [Moment of gratitude for hands here…:-)]

  8. Hi Linda,
Thank you for hosting and I hope that your finger heals quickly! Lori

  9. Hi Linda, Sorry to hear about your finger injury. Get well soon!
This week I shared prosciutto-wrapped melon. Extra good with Galia melon, if you can get it. Thanks for hosting!
