    I’m sharing two recipes –  Crustless Quinoa Veggie Pie, an egg based dish that comes together quickly and can be eaten with any meal of the day. Plus Homemade Coconut Granola & Recipe Roundup.  Made with gluten free oats, it’s a fat-free, sugar-free granola that is kid approved…my grandson loves it :)

  11. Hi Linda — I already make pizza sometimes with zucchini ON it, but your zucchini pizza sounds even better! My recipe today is for Kale Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette. It’s GFCF, nut-free and refined sugar-free (has some honey in it). It’s green, too :-)
