News: Have you heard about the new gluten-free magazine coming out this fall?

Monthly Theme: The theme for August is grilled food.  The theme is just a suggestion, not a requirement, but I do look for theme related recipes to highlight each week.

Last Week’s Highlights:  We had a few grilled food recipes linked up last week.  Be sure to check them out.  They look great.

Soy Ginger Grilled Chicken – MJ’s Kitchen
Grilled Pineapple-Pepper Pork Chops – Simply Living Healthy

My Submission:  I’m submitting a recipe to go with this month’s theme of grilled food.

I decided to take the plunge and linkup the tomato pancakes I made for my son & I this week. We went back to being gluten-free the beginning of July and he’s thrilled because it means I get more creative in the kitchen for him! Hope I did everything okay :)

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
