Gluten-Free Wednesdays 8-14-13

Fresh Food

Hi and welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! Thanks for everyone’s concern for my finger last week.  It’s healing nicely, but is still tender and difficult to type with.  Thankfully, it’s only my pinky so I’m getting by alright.

Thanks for joining this blog carnival of gluten-free eating ideas.  Before adding your link, please look at the carnival section below.  If you’re here to get ideas, just click on the links below and be sure to come back on Thursday to see what else has been linked up.

Hey Linda!–I’m so happy you’re healing well! And what a special treat to see my Chipotle Mashed Potatoes highlighted. Thanks! :-)

This week I’m linking up a post from each of my blogs. There’s the recipe for Super Mini Chunky Munky Ice Cream Sundaes from gfe. And then the epic roundup of Gluten-Free Zucchini Dessert recipes on All Gluten-Free Desserts. (We have so many talented bloggers–including you, of course–contributing to that site.) Both posts are fun and offer healthy goodness! 😉

    Have a great week!

Thanks for hosting! Today I’m sharing a simple chicken recipe, and some information about making informed poultry choices.

Have a happy, gut healthy day!

It’s Choco-Love week on my blog! First, I did detailed research into its history, health benefits and health concerns (including its potential for gluten cross-reactivity.) Then, I shared my recipe for homemade chocolate with natural flavor infusions. I gotta say, that was the most fun recipe testing I’ve done in a while! Have a wonderful week, and thanks for hosting again!

Hi Linda, This week I shared bacon-wrapped dates. Delicious no-refined-sugar snack or hors d’oeuvre. Thanks for hosting!
