Thanks so much for hosting! And thank you for highlighting my Peach Ice Cream from last week, I am honored :) I shared a nourishing Chocolate Elderberry Fudge recipe (with a dairy-free option). It’s easy to make and so delicious. Thanks again.

This week I have Red White and Blueberry Parfaits. Cool, creamy and so easy no recipe needed. Don’t you love easy and cool when it’s so hot?

Linda, thank you so much for hosting this.

Wow, some amazing fruit desserts here this week and last! I especially like the ice cream and yogurt recipes, as I’m still not baking. 😉 I’ve linked up a fruity cocktail (some could call that dessert, right? LOL) with a discussion on sharing our gluten-free lives with others when they inquire. Thanks for hosting, Linda!

I linked my completely sugar-free Apricot Slice this week, lovely with a dollop of yogurt or cream! Thanks for highlighting my frozen yogurt Linda!
