  4. I’m linking Crab Cakes today — they’re easy and so family-pleasing! Besides being GF, DF and sugar-free, they can also be grain-free or nut-free depending on whether you use almond flour or breadcrumbs.

  9. Thank you for hosting! I’ve linked a recipe I’m super excited about. It is Easy Strawberry Mousse, and it’s GAPS, egg free, nut free, dairy free, and sugar free. A special technique makes it thick and luscious without allergens.
