I turned on the oven to make these Fluffy Puffy Almond Butter (or Sunbutter) Cookies. It was worth it though! :-) Especially when I used two of them to make a Cookie S’more while camping last weekend. 😉

Stay cool and have a good 4th, Linda!

Thank you so much for highlighting my dairy free ice “cream” recipe! It’s so great to have discovered such a wonderful gluten free community.

This week, I’m sharing a recipe for sausage and peppers that’s Paleo, SCD/GAPS, and low carb friendly. The other recipes posted all sound wonderful. Thanks for hosting!

    Hi Linda,
Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing a very decadent but gluten free Black Bean Brownie filled with Raspberry and topped with Chocolate Frosting. It’s vegan, gluten free, dairy free, almost nut free and made with un processed natural sugar (dates.)
    Happy 4th to you!

My blog is all about nightshades this week. I recently learned I have a food intolerance and by removing them from my diet, my pain decreased substantially. I wrote up a nightshade-free survival guide, and also posted a recipe for a curried stew made with a homemade nightshade-free curry. Thanks for hosting again ~ I hope you have a beautiful week!

This week I wasn’t online much and missed the carnival, but I just had to stop by and browse the recipes.

At my blog this week is strawberry salsa two ways.

Now I’m heading over to your basil-watermelon-avo salad post to leave a comment. It looks super yummy.

    Thanks for hosting!
