Gluten-Free Wednesdays 7-25-12

Gluten-Free Wednesdays button
Hi everyone!  It’s hard to believe this is the last carnival of the month.  The summer always flies by, doesn’t it?

Thanks for stopping by and participating.  Whether you’re adding a link or just browsing them, I appreciate you being here!

What’s New: Join the discussion about gluten and dogs.

Monthly Theme: July’s theme is zucchini.  This is the last week for it.  The theme for August is grilled food.  The theme is always a suggestion, not a requirement, but I do look for theme related recipes to highlight each week.

Last Week’s Highlights:

Zucchini Chips – Traditional Foods
Zucchini Pasta with Avocado Sauce – Empowered Sustenance
Zucchini Pasta with Two Dressings – The Tasty Alternative
Sautéed Zucchini and Corn – In Flora’s Kitchen

My Submission:  This week I have a coconut macaroon recipe that can be made with regular sugar or coconut palm sugar.

The Carnival: Please read!

Love those macaroons! I’m linking up a Creamy Green Pudding Smoothie that looks like it has zucchini, but the green comes from avocado and spinach. I still can not get over how creamy this smoothie is. Have a great day, Linda!
