    Hi Linda! As well as the cauliflower crust for pizza, I’ve also done spaghetti squash crust. Going to have to try zucchini now :)

    Hey Linda–I’m linking up my Stuffed Mini Sweet Bell Peppers. They’re more of a concept than anything. They make for a great appetizer, side dish, or entrée. :-)

    I’d love to have a pizza party that featured all alternative crusts. Wouldn’t that be fun? And tasty, of course. 😉

    That’s a great lineup from last week, and it looks like this week is already off to a bang-up start! Spiced Apple Scones, Brushetta Quinoa Salad, Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers and Carrot Cake! Sounds like a delicious week ahead :-)

    Love those highlights, Linda! Of course, those molten lava cakes by Apples and Ginger are right up my alley!! I’ve submitted a Loaded Guaco Garbanzo Salad today. It’s dinner tonight!

    Wow, Linda, these submissions look fantastic! Being all about the veggies, I’m especially intrigued with the stuffed bell peppers, the quinoa salads, the loaded guaco salad, the zucchini pizza crust…I don’t know where to start! Guess I’ll have to try ’em all. :-) I’ve also submitted my sweet n’ creamy ginger salad dressing–no added oil or sugar. It’s delicious on spring mix with carrots, jicama sticks, or massaged into raw kale (my personal favorite).

    Hi Linda, This week I shared a recipe for barbecuing a whole chicken. The sauce has mustard, thyme, balsamic vinegar, and is date-sweetened.

    Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing two very simple, 3 ingredient recipes. Its’ too hot to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, at least here in NY. One is for roasted sweet potatoes and the other is for an icy cold, gut healthy beverage.
