Thanks for hosting again! This week I wrote about how to travel on a GAPS/Paleo diet, without cheating. I also linked up to a recipe that gives 3 ways to spice up your burgers. I looooove summer!

Hi Linda! I’m sharing a copycat recipe for Perfect Pear Juice today. I also wanted to share my Raw Cherry Cream Cups, but the linky is being wonky. I’ll stop by later and see if I can add them.

    Enjoy your day!

These all sound great! Thanks for hosting.

This week, I’m sharing a gluten/grain free substitute for pasta. In it, I link to my Hearty Bolognese Sauce recipe, and will be sharing other recipes to go along with it soon.

    Have a happy, healthy day!

    Hi Linda, thanks for hosting!
This week I shared twice-fried plantains. Also new on my blog are recipes for two dips that are great with these: strawberry-jalapeno salsa and avocado mayonnaise with crispy fried garlic.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
