    I’ve to a simple green salad (from the garden!) with fruit and nuts, under a light lemon vinaigrette.

    Looking forward to the coconut flour cookies! I’ve just started playing with coconut flour.

    Oh, boy, does this roundup let me know that I haven’t eaten lunch yet! Looks like I have everything I need right here … now if only this wasn’t a virtual roundup. 😉 I linked up super carrot salad dressing, a recipe from a lovely young lady with few ingredients that I adapt slightly when needed. :-) Salads are definitely needed in this heat!

    These treats look sooooo good! I’ll definitely be trying some (and no, I haven’t eaten lunch either, but I extra hungry now!)

    I added in a Quinoa Salad and a Black Bean slaw – both are so yummy when it’s hot out! The quinoa is even better on day 3 too…
