  1. A perfect theme for June! Now that the weather is quite warm I think we’ll be eating a lot of salads….

  2. Hi Linda,
I shared my GF Coconut Cream Layer Cake with a video and an article I think you would find helpful.

  3. I love spanish rice, and yours looks terrific! Thanks for sharing and for hosting this linkup each week.

  4. I’ve to a simple green salad (from the garden!) with fruit and nuts, under a light lemon vinaigrette.

Looking forward to the coconut flour cookies! I’ve just started playing with coconut flour.

  5. Thanks for hosting GFW. I am sharing my recipe for easy, healthy chocolate peanut butter fudge – it’s so good!

  6. Happy Wednesday! I am sharing my recipe for Chocolate Mint Cookies.
    Thanks for hosting Linda!

  7. Oh, boy, does this roundup let me know that I haven’t eaten lunch yet! Looks like I have everything I need right here … now if only this wasn’t a virtual roundup. 😉 I linked up super carrot salad dressing, a recipe from a lovely young lady with few ingredients that I adapt slightly when needed. :-) Salads are definitely needed in this heat!

  8. These treats look sooooo good! I’ll definitely be trying some (and no, I haven’t eaten lunch either, but I extra hungry now!)

I added in a Quinoa Salad and a Black Bean slaw – both are so yummy when it’s hot out! The quinoa is even better on day 3 too…

  9. I linked up my chocolate mousse post, which is sooo good!

I’ve got a great GF/DF Greek salad in the works right now!

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
