Gluten-Free Wednesdays 6-27-12

Gluten-Free Wednesdays button
Happy Wednesday!  It’s hard to believe this is the last week of June.  I’m looking forward to seeing more great summer recipes this week.

If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.

Monthly Theme:  June’s theme is strawberries and I’ll be looking for strawberry recipes this week.  July’s theme will be zucchini. The theme is just a suggestion, not a requirement, but I do look for theme related recipes to highlight each week.

Last Week’s Highlights:

Strawberry Orange Muffins – Hope’s Kitchen
Strawberry Orange Breakfast Rolls – Tessa the Domestic Diva
Cherry Berry Smoothie – The Healthy Gluten-Free Life
Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie – City|Life|Eats
Lightning Fast Strawberry Tartlets – The Gluten-Free Gourmand

My Submission:  I finally have a strawberry recipe to share this week!

Hey Linda–Your chocolate-dipped strawberries are sheer perfection! Great idea. :-) I got “closer” with a berry recipe, Coconut Blueberry Pound Cupcakes, but still didn’t make the theme. Hopefully, nobody will mind with these tasty cupcakes though. 😉 I also linked up my GFE Virtual Support Group presentation this month because it focuses on healing foods.

Thanks for hosting! Happy Wednesdays! Oh, and I love zucchini for July. :-)

  9. says

Good morning, and thank you for hosting! Today is going to be a HOT one, so I shared a cool use for overripe bananas: the Faux Milkshake.
