Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays, a carnival of gluten-free eating ideas.

I’m thrilled with the way the carnival has been growing in recent months.  Thank you for everyone’s participation!

Giveaway: This week Pacific Natural Foods is offering a giveaway of soups and broths.

Monthly Challenge: May’s challenge is to create a gluten-free pizza, and so this month I am highlighting pizza recipes.

Last Week’s Highlights: Last week I promised I would highlight both bars (from April’s challenge) and pizza.  So here is one bar recipe, and lots of pizza recipes!

Homemade Almon Joy Bars – Whole New Mom

Taco Pizza – The Pink Cowgirl
Thick Pizza Crust – Live2BGlutenFree
Grain-Free Hawaiian Brunch Pizza – A Mom on a Mission
Pizza Crust – Live Free, Gluten Free
Easy Gluten-Free Pizza with Italian Sausage – Andrea’s Kitchen
Polenta Skillet Pizza (dairy free) – Hecka-Good-Recipes
Pizza Night – Sugar & Spice
Brown Rice & Flax Seed Pizza Crust – As Good As Gluten

My Submission: This week’s recipe is my submission to the pizza challenge.  It is faster than a normal yeast crust and great for anyone avoiding yeast.
