  1. Thanks so much for featuring my huevos rancheros! There were a lot of great egg recipes last week and I look forward to seeing more. However, I followed your lead and linked up a little Mother’s Day treat. Have a great week and thanks for hosting!

  2. Happy Wednesday Linda! I shared my recipe for Apricot Oat Crunchies. These cookies are pretty healthy because they contain dried apricots, shredded coconut, oatmeal and cornflakes.
    Thanks for hosting!

  3. Hi! I shared my white chocolate recipe today which is suitable for the SCD.

Thank you for hosting and have a lovely week!

    Thanks for hosting!

  5. Hi Linda,
I’m sharing some Cabbage Rolls today that are gluten-free and casein-free, one of my husband’s favorites since I made the seasoning a little milder. Of course, you can add the seasoning to taste to suit yourself.
Next week I hope to have a nice egg recipe to share with you.
    Have a lovely Mothers Day!

  6. Those chocolate date balls look delicious and party ready – Yum! Thanks for sharing and for hosting this recipe swap.

  7. Your recipe looks splendid! And, just in time for Mother’s Day ? I may have to treat myself LOL. Thanks for sharing!

  8. Those date balls look terrific, Linda! I’ve linked up my Taco Popover Supper. While Cinqo de Mayo might be past, this one is always appreciated at our house. It’s easy to make this one dairy free by leaving out the cheese or using vegan cheese, but it’s great without cheese. Each person can top their own taco popover squares with topping of choice, just like tacos. ;-)

    Thanks for hosting!
    Shirley

  9. Linda,
Love your healthy date balls for Mother’s Day and thank you so much for highlighting my fresh herbs and feta cheese omelet . Thanks for hosting all these wonderful ideas on Gluten Free Wednesday.

  10. Hi thanks for hosting! Today I shared #1 in my scratch, no canned ingredient marinara series – Roma tomato, roasted red pepper & basil. Enjoy!

  11. Thanks for featuring my favorite egg breakfast! I’m honored : )

  12. Hi Linda,

Thanks for hosting! I have a fun egg recipe for you this week: beet picked eggs (a recipe that is very near and dear to my heart)!

    http://www.thetastyalternative.com/2012/03/beet-pickled-eggs-scd-friendly.html

Also sharing a delicious, refreshing popsicle with a great fruit combo: strawberry cantaloupe sugar free popsicles. They are soooo good!!!

    Have a great week!

    Be Well,
    –Amber

  13. Hi Everyone,
This week I’m sharing information about the health benefits of Kombu, a type of sea kelp, and how you can cook with it. Even if you don’t think you like seaweed, you might be suprised at how good (and un-seaweed-y) it tastes!
p.s. the chocolate balls look amazing!

  14. Happy Wednesday Linda! I linked up two desserts/snacks this week: Banana Chocolate Chip Drop Cookies and Raw Lemon “Cream” Bars. Have a wonderful day!
