    I wanted to say a giant thank you for featuring my corn pancake with tomato and crab relish recipe last week.

    This week is my first foray into having a chef I interview teach us how to cook a dish. Chef Maurizio is very charismatic and shows us how to make gluten free eggplant parmesan roll ups.

    He has recently converted much of his menu to gluten free, including his signature eggplant parmesan dish, and the customers can’t even tell. If only more restaurants would experiment with gluten free, we would have a lot more safe places to dine out :-)

    Hi Linda,
    The spread here is inspiring me to cook from breakfast doughnuts to banana cake dessert, but I must say that the most eye-appealing picture right now is the plate of corn pancakes with crab!
