  1. Hi Linda,
Happy Mother’s Day! Hope you have a great week and thanks for hosting!

  2. Hi Linda! Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing Mother’s Day Meal Ideas as well as Sauteed Onion Pepper and Sausage Sweet Potato.
I hope you have a very Happy Mother’ Day!

  3. Hi Linda! I haven’t posted a recipe in a while, but it’s great to be back! Have a happy and healthy day and a joyous Mother’s Day!

  4. I wanted to say a giant thank you for featuring my corn pancake with tomato and crab relish recipe last week.

This week is my first foray into having a chef I interview teach us how to cook a dish. Chef Maurizio is very charismatic and shows us how to make gluten free eggplant parmesan roll ups.

He has recently converted much of his menu to gluten free, including his signature eggplant parmesan dish, and the customers can’t even tell. If only more restaurants would experiment with gluten free, we would have a lot more safe places to dine out :-)

    Thank you for hosting!

  5. Thanks so much for hosting this great linky party! I shared my Cashew Cream Asparagus Soup. It is so yummy! I know your readers will love it.

  6. Hey Linda! Thanks so much for hosting the rocking party! I linked up my recipe for “Lacto-Fermented Carrot Sticks” It might sound a little weird… but you’ve gotta give these a try. They taste AMAZING and they are full or probitoic goodness. And they are kid-approved, too! 😉 Hope you enjoy!

  7. Hi Linda,
The spread here is inspiring me to cook from breakfast doughnuts to banana cake dessert, but I must say that the most eye-appealing picture right now is the plate of corn pancakes with crab!
Have a wonderful Mothers Day —
