The spinach and ham frittata looks wonderful! Frittatas are my go to dinner when I am short on time. This week I am sharing a Double Chocolate Pizookie that my daughter made for us on Mother’s Day.

I really like your spinach and ham frittata. Our boys love spinach, so there’s a good chance this will work. Speaking of the boys, I made Raspberry Swirl Mousse over the weekend. It is made with raw avocados and raspberries, and they both loved it. Thank you for hosting!

I shared my recipe for Mexican Chocolate Cookies. These cookies have a great flavor now and I will be making them again soon so I can offer the recipe sweetened with liquid stevia and coconut sugar.
    Thanks for hosting!

I shared a video/recipe for Cultured Apple, Carrot Chutney and an article about Spirulina, a superfood from the sea.

Hi! Thank you for hosting! I’m sorry I don’t have any egg recipes since my husband can’t eat them so I don’t tend to make any mains with them! BUT I have shared a lovely Coffee Ice Cream recipe suitable for the SCD.

    Have a lovely week!

    Hi Linda,

I can’t wait to try out some of those yummy egg dishes! I shared my Black Bean Salad with Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing recipe this week. Take Care!

  7. says

    Hi Linda,

Thank you for featuring my beet pickled eggs!

    This week I am sharing:

    (1) Dark and White Chocolate Covered Strawberries (sugar free & Vegan). Inspired by Ricki! What a great Mother’s Day treat.

    (2) Three white bean dip recipes: plain, kalamata olive, and spinach (vegan , dairy free, soy free)

    Have a great week!

    Be Well,

Hi, thank you for hosting. This week I’m sharing #3 in my scratch, no-canned ingredient marinara series – Mighty Mushroom. I like to use over-ripe tomatoes from my local farmer’s market ($1/lb), make this sauce ahead and freeze it in a mason jar (leave room for expansion) for later use. Enjoy!

  9. says

I’ve shared a recipe for a super easy flax meal sandwich bread. It’s free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and most everything else! Thanks for hosting :)
