    Hi Linda,
I like the way you put the photos together for the featured recipes. Very attractive!

Today I’m linking a recipe for Beef Round Steak and Vegetables in the Slow Cooker. It’s a family-pleasing meal that they’ll ask for again and again. And, it’s GF, DF and paleo.

Your Salmon Chowder looks yummy! I’d like to try it soon. Have a great week —

Hi! This is my first time joining your carnival. I’m so happy to have found you. My blog is dedicated to healing autoimmune disease through diet and lifestyle. (I have rheumatoid arthritis myself.) All of my recipes are grain free. Today, I linked up to a delicious broccoli salad, and a no-fail no-pound sauerkraut. It’s nice to meet you all!

Hi Eileen and welcome! I’m glad you stopped by. I have celiac and Hashimoto’s. I’ve been mostly grain free since August so I’ll be checking out your blog.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
