Happy May!  I don’t know about you, but I love the month of May.  Flowers are in bloom, weather is mild, and kids are finishing school. It’s just an all around nice month, and here we are kicking it off with this Gluten-Free Wednesdays carnival.

  6. Thank you for highlighting my cheesy lentils recipe! Today I come empty handed. Since last Wednesday, I have been writing (and re-writing) the same post about ethically created clothing. While it was 86F yesterday in Southwest Iowa, we’re expecting snow tonight. Maybe I should stick to the kitchen, eh? Have a great week!
