Monthly Challenge: April’s challenge is to create a gluten-free dessert bar.   I’ll be highlighting dessert bar recipes starting next week.  Keep in mind I’m looking for dessert bars not snack bars.

    Thanks for the clarification on the bars, Linda! I admit my mind was going both ways on that one, so good to know! 😉 I linked up my announcement on the gluten-free labeling summit/largest gluten-free cake ever!/ event and my adoption of Maggie at She Let Them Eat Cake. Almond dream shake and double chocolate chip cookies–two great recipes!

    Okay, off to check out your post at Wendy’s new and wonderful gluten-free Mother Earth News blog! I need help with pressure cooking so I know I’ll love your post. :-)

      I noticed your mention of granola bars in the comment you left on the challenge post and meant to reply to it but forgot. I did specify dessert and not snack bars in that post, but I know people miss details like that (who has time to read every word?). I thought it would be nice to give snack bars their own month sometime. :)

    Hi Linda! Finally getting back to normal after all the college road trips! My daughter decided on her school and we are all very happy!
