Greetings! I brought Cheesy Lentils and Greens to the party, which is like a grown up version of mac’n’cheese, minus the mac. I got it past our preschoolers, kale and all…

    Thank you for hosting!

Hi Linda! Thank you so much for featuring my Raw Cheesy Vegan Tacos! And I agree with you, those jicama slices are exactly what pushed me over the edge to buy a mandoline!!

This week I’m sharing Raw Chocolate Walnut Cookies. Have a great week!

Hi Linda–I’ve linked up an older recipe, Oven-Steamed Shrimp, today. (It was originally linked to your What Can I Eat Wednesday? series.) This recipe makes for a quick and wonderful dinner. I always buy my shrimp on a BOGO sale. When the weather turns warm, I just move from the oven to the grill (covering the grate with aluminum foil). Everyone I’ve ever made this shrimp for has loved it! :-)

    Happy Wednesday! Thanks for hosting!

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
