Hi Linda,
Today I’ve linked Crockpot Split Pea Soup that’s GFCF. We like it because of the flavor, and also because it’s so easy to make — 10 minutes to prepare, and the crockpot does the rest. After a busy holiday weekend, that’s especially nice.
I’m sorry, I know the picture has a flour tortilla in it, but other than the tortilla – which can easily be switched to corn, there is no gluten in the recipe. I’m always looking for new ways to cook with venison and this is one that was AMAZING! I’m sure it would be just as fantastic with grass-fed beef.
