Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays—a carnival of gluten-free eating ideas. Please take not of the Monthly Challenge update below so you know what recipes I will be highlighting in March.
Giveaway: This week I have a dairy free give away from So Delicious. Even if you don’t have to eat dairy free, you will enjoy these products.
Monthly Challenge: I do not have a monthly challenge for March because I am hosting Go Ahead Honey, It’s Gluten Free with a theme of seasonal soup. I will start highlighting soup recipes that are linked up next week. This week I’m still looking for bread recipes.
Last Week’s Highlights: Remember, since one of the carnival guidelines is to put a link back here somewhere in your post, I only highlight links that include a link back. Last week we had a couple of bread recipes (February’s challenge).
Best GF Multigrain Bread – Gluten Free Shortcuts
Brioche – Sugar & Spice
Vegan Flax Sorghum Bread – Book of Yum
My Submission: This week’s recipe is another slow cooker meal.
The Carnival: If you’re new, please read the guidelines. Don’t forget to leave a link back, and thanks for participating!
This linky list is now closed.

Linda,
Your creamy chicken looks so tempting, one of my favorites! The dish I liked is a Green Chili Pulled Pork that can be eaten by itself, like a stew, or spooned over Bean Burritos. It’s economical and full of flavor.
Thanks for hosting –

Happy March Linda! This week I have my Greek Pizza Recipe. I didn’t have my own pizza crust recipe yet when I wrote this. It was one of my early recipes and I decided to leave my recipes as I originally wrote them (as long as they worked that way) to reflect the various stages of knowledge and skills developed during learning to cook gluten free.
Those look super easy and delish!
Yum! I brought some crockpot chicken to the party, too. Thanks for hosting this party each week. I love seeing what everyone else brings.
Hi Linda–First, a tip for the folks who forget to link back … I always do that first. I add your link to my post and update it before I add my link to the linky. I don’t want to forget and that seems to work. (Don’t tell me if I’ve still forgotten before. LOL)
I’ve added the Suite of Suites final roundup of cookbook & app reviews with recipes from some of the best!
Valerie’s smoothie looks amazing and I’d greatly enjoy any of these recipes. We need a real life Gluten-Free Wednesday one of these days!
Shirley
Hi, I tried to link in and the Linky won’t go past selecting the picture. I had this on another blog, also. I will try later and see if I have better luck. Know, I am thinking about you.
Hi Linda! This week I am sharing my recipe for Beef Mushroom Soup.
Thank you for hosting!
Linda, I was speeding through my iGoogle page today and something occured to me that you might consider. When titling your posts you might also mention your meal contribution to “Gluten-Free Wed’s” or “Go Ahead Honey…” etc. I often read those posts and without further info I am not compelled to click over. I might be if I saw “with yummy creamy chicken” etc.
Just a though, I’m very visual and busy! Others might be as well.
Linda,
I’d like to send you an email but don’t use Outlook and seem to be having computer issues. Could you email me please?
Thanks!
Jason
That chicken looks amazing! I’ve got to figure out a way to make it dairy free!!
Megan, I made the recipe dairy free and used almond milk in the cream soup recipe. It was great.
Hi Linda! I am always so amazed at how many different types of recipe can be made without eating gluten! I am linking up a good base recipe for rice pilaf from mark bittman that is great with any main dish! All the best! Alex
