  1. Thanks for hosting and the highlights, Linda! I see a few that I need to go back and take a look at, like those cookies. 😉 Oh, and I don’t know if you saw it, but I shared your Coconut Biscuits on Facebook and some have already made them and loved them. :-)

Hope you’re having a good week!

  2. Hi Linda,
I shared brined herb-rubbed chicken. A friend made it yesterday and she loved it! You roast it breast-side down for moister breast meat.
    Thanks for hosting!

  3. Thanks for hosting Linda! I’m adding my Vegan Chocolate Malted Milkshake this week. Have a great night!

  4. Your biscuit recipe looks yummy. I’ve never used coconut flour before, but maybe I should give it a try! Have you ever tried making egg free recipes with it, or have you found those to be a flop (which is why most recipes call for a lot of eggs)?

Thanks for hosting!! Have a wonderful week!

  5. Thanks for highlighting my Best Anything Muffins! That truly is one of my favorite, and most baked recipes in my home. Lots of great links here! Thanks for hosting!

  6. Thanks so much for hosting! Your coconut biscuits look awesome :) This week I’ve shared 2 posts from my new winter locavore series, one is on 5 ways to use winter radishes, the other is on making a salad using local, winter produce.

  7. Those biscuits look good! Sometimes I miss having bread on the side to soak up my winter soups.

  8. Thanks for hosting!–I shared recipes for No-Bake Snack Balls as well as Cucumber Smoothie

  9. Thank you for featuring my Burger Assistant. Truthfully, I have had “the original” twice in my life that I can remember, and was not impressed. Real food is always better, no? Your coconut flour biscuits look really neat and would compliment a spicy dish quite nicely.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
