Gluten-Free Wednesdays 3-5-14 with a Fun Change

Gluten-Free Wednesdays | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! This blog carnival has been around for four years, and even longer if you count the previous names I had for it. I’ve decided it’s time to change it up just a little, and I’m sure you’ll be happy about the changes.

Starting this week, there will be two co-hosts for Gluten-Free Wednesdays. Before I introduce them, let me explain. The linky is going to show up on all three web sites. You can enter your link on any one of the three sites and it will automatically show up on the other two. That means more exposure for you!

You only need to link back to one site, so it doesn’t involve any additional work for you. Hopefully this will also bring more people to the carnival, giving you more great gluten-free eating ideas!

Shirley of gluten free easily is a good friend of mine. We’ve known each other for a few years and live close enough to get together occasionally. Shirley’s blog is about being gluten free easily (hence the name). She has lots of easy and delicious recipes, but she also provides a lot of support for those facing the challenges of a gluten-free diet.

Shirley also blogs at All Gluten-Free Desserts where she shares links to a wide variety of dessert recipes from various bloggers. If you’re in the mood for something sweet and gluten free, this blog is a great resource.

I have known Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures even longer than I have known Shirley. Unfortunately, we don’t live close to each other, but we have attended conferences and even roomed together. Lynn did not start out as a gluten-free blogger, so you will find that some of the recipes on her blog are not gluten free.

Thankfully, Lynn discovered a few years ago that a gluten-free diet was what she needed to relieve a number of health problems. Now she shares gluten-free recipes as well as real life struggles on the allergy section of her blog. Lynn is an amazing cook, and I’m sure you’ll love her recipes.

Now, on to this week….

  1. Fun changes!! Thanks for highlighting my muffins Linda!

  2. We welcome the changes! Thanks Linda.

  3. Hi Linda –
Looking forward to the changes – excellent bloggers for co-hosts! Best wishes to all of you.

  4. Linda,

As always, thanks for hosting Gluten Free Wednesday and I love your new changes! It’s always great to see so many delicious recipe ideas.

  5. Welcome Shirley and Lynn! What a wonderful addition to this cornerstone of blog hops! And I love the new badge. I’m sharing a raw chocolate pudding today. Enjoy your week!

  6. Exciting changes!!! This week I ‘m sharing my Big & Fluffy Paleo pancake recipe.
Thanks also for sharing my coconut cookie bars on Facebook. I must have my FB set up wrong because it won’t let me comment on other peoples FB pages – I think it’s because I only have a business account :(

    Your bread sticks look delicious!!!

    • Cassidy, your pancakes look great. Thanks for sharing them. Your coconut cookie bars were pretty popular on Facebook! No problem about not commenting there. That’s odd about not being able to. I would think that even a business account could comment. You could try contacting FB. I did so not long ago with a problem I was having. I never heard back from them, but the problem got fixed.

  7. Thanks so much for hosting!

  8. Hi Linda,
Great changes, I can’t wait to check out your co hosts’ recipes! Thanks so much for hosting. Aloha, Lori

  9. Recipes welcome

  11. Thanks for hosting! I shared my gluten-free / dairy-free Energy Bites post. :)

  12. I’m sharing my step by step process for making the best chicken bone broth. Enjoy!

  13. Hi Linda,

THANK YOU for featuring my Pomegranate Cupcakes! So excited to see. Thanks again for hosting this week. I’m sharing my Avocado Trifle for St. Patrick’s day, free of the top 8 and no artificial green coloring.
