Hi Danielle. Thanks for joining us! As you can see, the monthly theme is only a suggestion and any gluten free recipe is welcome. I’m glad you linked a muffin recipe, though.

I’ve finally linked up a muffin recipe–my kickoff recipe for my March Muffin Madness event … Applesauce Muffins. I even took some inspiration from your Applesauce Muffins recipes. 😉

    Happy Wednesday!

Thank you for featuring my ginger parsnip muffins! They are different, but so good! :-)

This week I am sharing 2 fun recipes…

    (1) A fun and healthy way eat pasta: but GRAIN FREE! Sun dried tomato and artichoke heart “zoodle” pasta (made with zucchini noodles). Sooo yum! (Also Vegan, Dairy Free, and Gluten Free).

    (2) Super delicious sautéed lemon pepper Brussels Sprouts. My kids LOVE this and eat it up. The perfect spring dish.

    Have a great week!
