Gluten-Free Wednesdays 3-19-14

Gluten-Free Wednesdays | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Hi everybody, and welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! This carnival is growing, as I hoped it would, with the addition of my two co-hosts, Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily and All Gluten-Free Desserts and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures.

No matter which site you link up at, your link shows up on all three blogs. Last week we had 60 entries which makes this carnival a great place to find gluten-free recipes for everyone to enjoy.

Gluten-Free Menu

If you need help with dinner ideas, be sure to check out my weekly gluten-free menu plan. This week’s plan includes delicious meals such as chicken cacciatore and cheeseburger fries.

Last Week’s Highlights

This week I’m doing the highlights a little differently.  I’m sharing two popular posts from last week and one of my picks.

The most popular entry (based on the number of clicks):

Chewy Applesauce Oat Bars from Worth Cooking

Most popular post on my Facebook page. I’m not able to share every entry in the carnival, but I do share many of them on my Facebook page. My page happens to be doing quite well these days, and this pizza crust recipe was a real hit with people when I told them it was dairy and egg free.

So far, it has been shared over 2,000 times and the link has received over 7,000 clicks!

Easy Pizza from Free Range Cookies

My pick of the week:

Paleo Lasagna from Predominantly Paleo

My Submission

Slow Cooker Pork Chops – Moist, tender and delicious!

  5. Hi Linda,

I would sure like to have one of those Pizzas right now, but I’m curious about the Paleo Lasagna, too.
