Hi everyone!  Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays. If you are looking for gluten-free eating ideas, you’ve come to the right place.

Just browse the links below, and add your own if you’re a blogger.  If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.
Recent posts: Take a look at last week’s gluten-free menu, and find out what mistakes I’ve made in my kitchen recently.

Monthly Theme:  March’s theme is muffins.  I still don’t have a muffin recipe to share with you, but hopefully I will soon.  I do love muffins!  Remember, the theme is only a suggestion, not a requirement.

    Hi,
I shared a recipe for a nutritious beef bone broth. Also, an article about detoxification and the 6 stages of the GAPS Intro diet.

    Thanks for hosting!

I make muffins, all the time, so I was happy to share from both blogs. I have been trying to link up more often. It just seem life keeps me busier than before. Stop by My Meatless Mondays and meet the newest member of the family.

Thanks for featuring my Almond Flour Muffin recipe. I shared a few more favorite gluten free recipes today: Gluten free granola made without grains, Rosemary Crackers, and a few others. Enjoy!

Hi Linda- Happy Wednesday! Thank you so much for featuring my Apple Oat Bran Muffins! Today I shared my recipe for Carrot Cake Muffins. These muffins are incredibly moist because they have 3 cups of grated carrot plus pineapple, raisins and coconut.
    Thanks for hosting!

I’ll have a muffin recipe up later today, but it won’t be mine. 😉 Later this month, I’ll have my March Muffin Madness week though. :-) Today I’m sharing my biscuits/rolls that taste a lot like Brazilian Cheese Rolls/Tapioca Rolls, but there’s no cheese. There is, however, a special ingredient that gives a cheesy vibe! Of course, you’ve already checked them out so you know that. Another great roundup, Linda!

    Thanks for hosting!

We LOVE muffins! Thank you for choosing a muffin theme this month and for hosting this link-up! I shared a recipe for chocolate chip muffins that contain lots of yogurt to keep them moist.

(This weekend I was tinkering around in the kitchen and made a gluten-free, vegan banana brownie recipe. It is “off topic,” but I could not resist sharing our Monkey Bars.)

Thanks for hosting, Linda! We’ve been busy with kidding season over here, but I made it over this time to share a recipe for Pumpkin Carrot Spice Muffins with a Orange Glaze.

    Happy Wednesday! Thanks for hosting.

This week I am sharing two SCD friendly, bean-free hummus recipes.

    (1) Raw Carrot Hummus
    (2) Roasted Red Pepper Lentil Hummus

    Have a great week!

    Be Well,

Hi Linda! thanks for letting me know about the linkback….I just switched over to wordpress, and half of my linkbacks did not show up on my most recent posts. I didn’t realize it until you let me know, all taken care of now, sorry about that!

No problem. I know you usually do link back so I figured it was an oversight. Glad I was able to help, and welcome to WordPress!

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
