Gluten-Free Wednesdays | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Hi everybody!  I hope you’re all having a good week and sticking out the winter weather. Today I just enjoyed watching the snow fall, knowing that it wasn’t sticking to the roads and was only leaving a thin blanket on the grass. I’ll miss that snow when the heat and humidity of summer get here!

So, with ongoing cold weather, I have a soup recipe to share this week. What are you sharing?

    Thanks so much for the highlight, Linda! That Mile-High Chocolate Cake from Olivia Dupin is very impressive for sure! This week (so far) I’ve linked up a Key Lime type pie from Elizabeth Nyland’s Cooking with Coconut Oil book.     Hi Linda,

    This week I am sharing my GF Italian Sausage and Cauliflower Casserole. This is a very healthy version of the old casseroles of the 1960’s! I made the cauliflower version for me and another batch for my boyfriend that had pasta instead of the cauliflower. Both were great!
