    I am sharing Veggie Poutine. Poutine is a French-Canadian dish made with fresh-cut fries, cheese curds and gravy. We made ours with a rich mushroom gravy, shredded cheddar and fresh-cut oven fries. The gravy is vegan, gluten-free and low in sodium.

    Thanks so much for hosting. Gluten free is relatively new to us, so I’m looking forward to seeing the links and getting new ideas. This week I’m sharing a recipe for quick roasted cauliflower. It’s easy to dress up with whatever spices you like, we did Indian spices last night.

    Thanks too for featuring my curried carrot soup. I just happen to be into soups this month too–this week it’s a seafood bisque, which I’ve been trying to perfect for a couple of years now, and I’m pretty happy with how this turned out.

    Sorry for the duplicate entries. I just got a Kindle Fire and love it, but it didn’t work so well for posting the linky.
