Fresh Food

Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving last week. I know I did. I was actually completely offline for several days. It’s always nice to be with people in person and enjoy food, conversation, and in our family, the card game Rook.

This week I shared a turkey-butternut squash soup with celery root that’s great with leftover turkey.
