  8. Yummy looking fudge, Linda! You have truly exelled at chocolate this month. Shockingly, I still did not submit a fudge recipe. Instead, I’ve linked up Crustless Sweet Potato Pie, which I made on the spur of the moment last night. So good and so easy. 😉

    I haven’t managed to make enough chocolate goodies this month to share any here :-( January is promising to be a chocolate trek….

    Today I’ve linked a Beef Pot Roast in the Crockpot that is GF, DF and has a low-carb option, too. It’s a good family-pleaser for a wintry day!

  10. Woohoooo! I did it! I got in a chocolate recipe in time. 😉 I had thought about my microwave/freezer fudge recipe earlier and decided to make it using egg nog today. It’s creamier and more wonderful. :-)
