Hi Linda. I hope you had a great Christmas filled with good food and love. I’m sharing a recipe for spicy garlic prawns as part of a short series for a round up of yummy New Years eve appys. If you have any you’d like to share, I’d love to highlight them in my upcoming post of Dec 30th. If you’d like to join in, just leave a link to the recipe you’d like to share (more than one is ok too:) in the comment section of any recent or upcoming post and I’ll make sure to include it. Have a great day.

I started using a new anti-spam plug in and for some reason it put your comment from last week in the spam file. Sorry about that. Thanks for inviting me to participate in your round up anyway.

Thank you for the feature! My site focusses more on low-sodium cooking, so I am a newbie at GF. More and more of our friends and co-workers need GF, so baking goodies we can share with everyone is important.

Hi! Hope the holidays are going well! I shared a Christmas Sundae recipe today which uses leftovers from Christmas and turns them into an awesome dessert! Happy New Year!

Yummy looking fudge, Linda! You have truly exelled at chocolate this month. Shockingly, I still did not submit a fudge recipe. Instead, I’ve linked up Crustless Sweet Potato Pie, which I made on the spur of the moment last night. So good and so easy. 😉

Love all the good stuff here, per usual! Thanks for hosting all year long! You make it look easy, but I know it’s not. :-)

    Happy New Year, Linda!

    Hi Linda —
I haven’t managed to make enough chocolate goodies this month to share any here :-( January is promising to be a chocolate trek….

Today I’ve linked a Beef Pot Roast in the Crockpot that is GF, DF and has a low-carb option, too. It’s a good family-pleaser for a wintry day!

Happy New Year to you and your family!

Woohoooo! I did it! I got in a chocolate recipe in time. 😉 I had thought about my microwave/freezer fudge recipe earlier and decided to make it using egg nog today. It’s creamier and more wonderful. :-)
