I, for once, have my act together enough to link up to your Gluten-Free Wednesdays event! Shared my scalloped potatoes recipe. Also, I’m planning on making your cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning.
Merry Christmas!
GOod morning Linda, Thanks for hosting. I brought a salad to the party today. It’s one that my husband and I eat as a meal. It’s super satisfying, so much so even we were surprised!
Have a great week.
Can you believe that I never got a chocolate recipe in? SO SHOCKING! LOL, but true.
Thanks for hosting each week, Linda! Hmmm, maybe I’ll get a chocolate recipe in next week?
This week I’ve linked up Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake, which is the example of what can happen if you run out of granulated sugar. A very happy misfortune, let me tell you! This coffee cake makes for a great gift and I’ve also shared more “last minute” food gift ideas in my post.
Merry Christmas, Linda!

Hi! Merry Christmas! I linked my Mincemeat and Christmas Cake recipes this week!
I linked up two recipes this week-Persimmon Strawberry Ice Cream and Grain Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Thanks for your informative web site. I recently was tested for gluten/ciliac intolerance and found out I do have intolerance to glutens. Anyway, I have been making bread in my breadmaker with gluten free recipes. I tried your sorghum wheat recipe, very good. I found 3 eggs work just as well and mixing/combining various flours works great for variety. Super easy with a bread maker and i just use the Rapid Method and don’t need to pre-mix anything, just put it all in (I put liquids first and dry stuff last, then turn on bread maker)… I also found a web site with lots of gluten free flours, etc… good prices. If people want to use my code TEG692, they can get $5. off their first order, free shipping over $20. Go to http://www.iherb.com
Thanks again for your site! It really helps.
Thanks so much for hosting. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Blessings, Kelly
Many great recipes linked up by you all ~ as always!
