I made a dairy free, vegetarian/vegan version of your bread stuffing this past weekend and it turned out great! It got gobbled up so fast! I also posted my whole Thanksgiving menu – its all gluten free, cane sugar free, soy free, vegetarian and mostly dairy free and nut free! Hi,
I shared my amazing Pecan Crusted Pumpkin Pie and my Grain-Free Thanksgiving Stuffing.
Hi Linda–Well, I finally have a stuffing recipe for you! Or it can be dressing, a casserole, or even a great way to use your turkey leftovers. It’s a Crunchy Long Grain and Wild Rice dish that I created as part of the NFCA Gluten-Free Holiday How-To’s event. The surprise ingredient in this stuffing is Crunchmaster crackers.
It’s really a great recipe. I’ve made it twice in a week and still contemplating whether I’ll make it tomorrow so other family members can try it.
I also linked up Honeybear Brownies, which are a super easy way to get some “chocolate, chocolate” on the table. One reader has already made the recipe using stevia in the raw and flax eggs successfully, so I love that, too.
Thanks for hosting week in and week out, Linda! Have a fabulous Thanksgiving with your family! (Will be interested to hear if you got your brother to brine his turkey.)
Big hugs,
Shirley
Hi Linda, Thanks so much for hosting this! I have linked a recipe for Flatbread with Roasted Squash, Caramelized Onions, Garlic, and Ginger. This is a great Thanksgiving recipe and can even make use of leftover squash. Recipes on my blog avoid latex foods and all top allergens. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
