  9. Is it safe eating some of these fabulous recipes,being type 1.eating a pc.of bread brings my level up.any advice?

    • You need to follow your doctor’s guidelines regardless of whether the food is gluten free or not. Many gluten-free foods have lots of starches and therefore carbs in them. However, I know that many of the recipes linked up here use whole foods and natural sweeteners. They all come from different web sites, so you will have to visit them and see for yourself if it is something you can eat. Thanks for stopping by.
