    Hi Linda,
I’m enjoying your series on Gluten-Free AND Healthy! You’re encouraging me to make some changes, too, instead of just putting up with the same old thing.

This week I’ve linked Chicken Salad, Any Way You Like It, which is GF, DF and nut-free.

    Have a great week!

Thanks for highlighting my German Apple Pancake recipe from last week’s carnival! I hope you like the Roasted Cauliflower with Dates & Capers recipe that I’m sharing this week. It is so easy and so yummy!

Thanks for hosting! Your sausage recipe sounds wonderful.

Since Halloween is a difficult holiday for food allergic children, today I’m sharing part one of a two part post on swapping out popular candy products for healthier choices.

    Have a happy, healthy week!

Hey Linda–I’ve linked up my last recipe, Almost Instant “Cheater” Tomato Soup, which is pretty much a non-recipe really since it’s only two ingredients and so easy to make. :-)

Have a good week and thanks for always doing such a lovely job hosting!
