    Seems that a retreat like that would be a wonderful experience. Not too many groups are ALL gluten-free. I’m pretty excited when I go someplace where the others simply understand that what I eat is different.

  9. Hi Linda–Our retreat was so special! Thanks for highlighting it and encouraging your readers to seek out time with others who are gluten free (and/or “more free”). Wish we could have our retreat more than once a year!

    This week I’m sharing a guest post with Cheeseburger Cake, which is a very fun way to celebrate birthdays and much more. :-) The recipe (mostly a concept) comes from Cherie Cormier. She promises that although there are a few steps, this cake is really not hard to make. It’s really too cute and I’m sure it’s delicious, too. 😉
