Hi everyone! Thanks for all your well wishes last week. I have been battling anemia. I never knew how exhausting it could be both physically and mentally. I’m doing a bit better this week, and I’m looking forward seeing what everyone links up here today.
Monthly Theme: October’s theme is squash recipes. Because of how I’ve been feeling I haven’t made much progress with squash recipes. I do have one simple recipe to share with you soon. I tried a pumpkin bread that turned out edible, but it wasn’t notable. I’ll be looking for squash recipes this week to highlight next week.
