Hi everyone!  Thanks for all your well wishes last week.  I have been battling anemia.  I never knew how exhausting it could be both physically and mentally.  I’m doing a bit better this week, and I’m looking forward seeing what everyone links up here today.

Monthly Theme:  October’s theme is squash recipes.  Because of how I’ve been feeling I haven’t made much progress with squash recipes.  I do have one simple recipe to share with you soon.  I tried a pumpkin bread that turned out edible, but it wasn’t notable.  I’ll be looking for squash recipes this week to highlight next week.

    Linda, I hope you soon feel better! I’ve had anemia before, also had B12 deficiency, and didn’t like either of them. So tired all the time….

    Mmm…that banana bread looks delicious! I can’t wait to try it. I linked up a post today containing 2 recipes for Pumpkin Scones. Recipe 1: Dairy, Egg, Peanut/Nut, & Soy-Free. Recipe 2: Gluten, Egg, Soy, Peanut/Nut, & Corn-Free. They turned out fantastic and were gone in 12 hours. I hope it’s enjoyed here! Thanks for the opportunity to share!

    I hope you recover quickly from the anemia. I understand fatigue, both mental and physical as I struggle with fibromyalgia and it’s many symptoms. Feel better soon and keep on posting recipes. I love the variety you offer.

I am not trying to be spammy with the comment, but I just wanted to forewarn everyone that my pumpkin pie spice and several of the recipes ARE GF, but several in my post (it’s a pumpkin recipe round-up) are not. I have noted the ones that ARE GF–and I am so excited to try them since my daughter is GF!
