Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays. I hope you are all staying warm. We’ve had some pretty cold weather here in Maryland this month! It’s hard to believe January is almost over and Super Bowl Sunday is almost here. Not that I’m a big football fan. I’m not and my husband and boys are not big sports fans, but we do watch the Super Bowl.

    We don’t watch much football either, but the Superbowl is more than just a football game, so we often watch it. Your Honey Mustard Wings look delicious! My link today is Garlic Cheese French Bread Bites which also would be a good Superbowl snack.

I’m not a football fan, but my boys are and I love finding delicious food that they will enjoy AND it’s a special perk if the recipe is gluten free so I can enjoy it as well! What great timing, as I had already planned to make apple cake or muffins tonight to bring tomorrow for my boss as tomorrow is his birthday and he likes apples and does not like chocolate very much (who does not like chocolate!?!). I will alter the recipe and use an egg, and use coconut flour and almond flour and some Bob’s Red Mill GF All-Purpose flour, but will do the rest per recipe and it will be great! And I am sure my boss will love them!

  7. Add to my previous note – My boss is not GF/Celiac, but I am and I do not have any Gluten in my kitchen, but I think he will love these apple muffins for his birthday even without wheat and even tho he is not into healthy eating.
