Eating brunch together is a fun way to celebrate Mother’s Day. There are quite a few foods and dishes that are naturally gluten-free and work well for brunch such as fruit, eggs, and bacon. But it’s nice to have some baked goods as well.

If you’re thinking about hosting a brunch this Sunday, here are a few gluten-free Mother’s Day brunch ideas to get you going.

Gluten-Free Mother's Day Brunch Ideas | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Sausage Spinach Quiche – While this can be made with ground beef, I prefer sausage, especially for brunch. This quiche is delicious with or without a crust.

Zucchini Quiche Muffins – These small crustless quiches are a nice size and perfect for a brunch.

Almond Flour Scones – These scones are grain free and so good.

Cinnamon Rolls – Gluten and dairy free, these cinnamon rolls are definitely worthy of a special occasion.

Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake – The coffee cake is grain free and very  moist. It’s sure to be a hit.

Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins – Another grain free recipe that is moist and delicious.

Almond Cranberry Muffins – This recipe uses some almond flour but it’s not completely grain free. They are moist with a great texture.

ProFlowers has a Spring Brunch Checklist that includes links to several gluten-free recipes (spinach and goat cheese frittata, asparagus with poached eggs, & sweet potato and sausage hash, the monkey bread is NOT gluten free). Their checklist includes set-up and decorations, menu, drinks, and tableware.

Mimosas can add an extra special touch to a Mother’s Day brunch. If you’re not sure how to make one, VineSleuth Uncorked tell you how to make a mimosa.
