As August comes to a close and the kids head back to school, a gluten-free menu plan can be more helpful than ever.  Here are some suggestions for you.

This menu is based on the monthly menu plan that is created for your benefit.  I’m a bit more casual about my own menu planning.  These days I’m likely to have two to six adults here for dinner, and I often don’t know until that day. So, this is not necessarily my personal menu plan, but I hope it is helpful to you!
