Gluten-Free Menu Plan 7-21-13

Gluten-Free Menu Plan

I hope you all are having a great weekend.  Here is a gluten-free menu plan for this week with a delicious dessert idea.

Gluten-Free Menu Plan

chicken, vegetable, and pineapple skillet

Chicken, Vegetable, & Pineapple Meal, Quinoa – Stove top cooking heats up your kitchen much less than using the oven.  Here’s a tasty skillet meal.

Stew Meat Gravy with Mushrooms

Stew Meat Gravy with Mushrooms (slow cooker), Rice, Blue Cheese Walnut Green Beans

Tacos, Corn on the Cob, Salad – In case you missed it, Saturday’s recipe round up includes a number of ways to cook corn on the cob.

Chicken and Greens with Tortellini

Chicken & Greens with Tortellini – This recipe is from Alea at Premeditated Leftovers.  I do have to find gluten-free tortellini for the recipe.

Italian Sausage and Pasta

Italian Sausage and Pasta – This is an all in one meal that my family enjoys.

Zucchini Pizza on Stone

Zucchini Pizza (or this zucchini pizza), Salad – I’m hoping that by the end of the week, turning on the oven for a little bit will be tolerable.

Multi-Grain Waffles

Multi-Grain Waffles, Fresh Fruit – A fun weekend dinner.

Dessert Idea

Cheesecake – Yum!  This is one dairy filled recipe that I miss.

This menu is based on the monthly menu plan that is created for your benefit.  I’m a bit more casual about my own menu planning.  These days I’m likely to have two to six adults here for dinner, and I often don’t know until that day. So, this is not necessarily my personal menu plan, but I hope it is helpful to you!necessarily my personal menu plan, but I hope it is helpful to you!
