I hope you all are having a great weekend. Today I’m attending the second of three weddings in three weeks!

I hope this gluten-free menu plan helps make your week a little easier. Follow it as is or use it to supplement your own ideas. I realize the weather is getting warmer and several of these recipes use the oven. If it’s too hot for that, try grilling or tacos.

This menu plan is all gluten free, but I also provide dairy free and grain free options for people who need them.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Green Bean Scramble) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Green Bean Scramble – A low carb, grain-free and dairy-free meal. Serve with rice or gluten-free toast if desired.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Chicken with Garlic Sauce) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Chicken Breasts with Garlic Sauce – This recipe can easily be made dairy free with a butter substitute. For grain free, substitute almond flour for the bread crumbs and arrowroot starch for the corn starch.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Spinach Casserole) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Spinach Casserole – This is a good way to get your kids to eat spinach. For dairy free, try Daiya cheese substitute or omit the cheese. And be sure to use dairy-free ingredients in the creamed soup.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Pork Chops) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Slow Cooker Pork Chops served with rice and asparagus. Omit the rice for grain free.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Gluten-Free Fish Sticks) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Fish Sticks with oven fries and broccoli. This recipe is dairy free, for grain free, simply make baked fish.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Pizza) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Pizza and salad – Use Daiya cheese substitute or omit the cheese for dairy free. Try zucchini pizza for grain free.
