Gluten-Free Menu Plan 6-30-13

Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Hopefully the July menu plan with be ready for download tomorrow.  Until then, here’s what’s on the gluten-free menu plan for this week.

I know we won’t be following this menu exactly with our anniversary, 4th of July, and my birthday all in the same week!  I’m sure we’ll do some eating out.

Gluten-Free Menu Plan

London Broil

Grilled London Broil, Corn on the Cob, Green Salad

Coq au Vin

Coq au Vin (Slow Cooker), Mashed Potatoes, Zucchini with Walnuts – Coq au Vin is chicken in wine. Save the leftover chicken for the next night.

Pulled Chicken Salad

Pulled Chicken Salad with Lime Cilantro Dressing – This salad recipe is from Shirley of gfe.  Serve a starchy side with it if you need to, but it sounds good as is to me!

apple bbq pork chops

Apple BBQ Pork Chops, Rice, and Green Beans Almandine – This pork chops recipe is from Tiffany of the blog Eat at Home.  It’s not a gluten-free blog, but there are many great recipes that are naturally gluten-free or can easily be adapted.

4th of July Recipe Round Up – Take your pick from this list of gluten-free recipes that I compiled last week.

Biscuit Crust Pizza

Biscuit Crust Pizza, Salad – I haven’t tried this on the grill yet, but if it’s too hot to turn on the oven, it’s definitely worth a try grilling it.

Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fresh Fruit – I love doing a simple meal like this on the weekends.  How about you?
